DONI KEENE - Principal/CEO
Marketing/Branding, Graduate University of North Florida in Marketing, Graduate Florida School of the Arts Graphic Design. Doni Keene has been working in the field of marketing, design, advertising & strategic planning for over twenty-five years. Sustaining key leadership roles and consulting with fortune 100 and 500 companies like Universal Studios, Gordon Motorsports, Jay Strack’s Student Leadership University, Edelweiss Lodge & Resort in Germany & The Engage Institute. Doni has continually demonstrated the impact great vision & creativity can contribute to sustainable business results of his client base. It's the blend of business experience, vision and creativity that serves as the cornerstone of his success. His experience in Sales Management, Marketing and Advertising Design give Doni the necessary skills to guide the marketing efforts of any corporate project, with primary emphasis on streamlining internal marketing efforts and directing the branding, development and execution of strategic plans.
CHUCK RICHARDSON - VP Sales, Hospitality & Marketing.
Graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BSBA degree in Marketing. Chuck is a thirty year veteran of the hospitality industry, with hotel and sports sales and attraction marketing with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando, and Busch Entertainment Corporation. Chuck served as regional and corporate sales director for two major hotel companies in central Florida ,overseeing sales and marketing efforts for over 2,000 rooms. During this time Chuck also served for five years as Chairman of the Kissimmee-St. Cloud Convention & Visitors Bureau Marketing Committee, working daily with the bureau to develop business for the Kissimmee-St. Cloud resort areas. Chuck helped develop such programs as Disney’s Grad Nights, Night of Joy, Corporate Family Fun Nights. With Sea World of Florida, Chuck was responsible for sales and marketing efforts in all markets for Florida Festival. In 1996, Chuck joined Universal Studios to launch the new ‘Flex Ticket’ program to compete with the Disney Park Hopper tickets. Destination Universal was formed to partner with area hotels to give them an opportunity to joint market their hotels with four great attractions. For over five years Chuck served helping develop sports activities in central Florida as Director of Sales for Youth Basketball of America, an organization with 60,000+ young people from all over the United States and over 15 countries worldwide. Most recently, Chuck has served as Director of Sales for Power Coachline and Alltour Transportation developing group business into Central Florida in the areas of Convention, Corporate, Sports, Education and Religious Organizations working with over 100 companies and operators to increase visitation to Central Florida.
Alex Menendez - Video Story teller/Photographer
Alex is a world class Vid/photog Editor. His expertise includes underwater, aerial, and remote image capture. Television commercial, live stream production and still shoots for national media outlets and pro leagues including the NFL, MLB, NCAA, MLS, PGA and Pro Boxing.
Complete project execution from conception to delivery including scripting, location scouting, editing, translation and closed captioning. Photojournalism work of newsmakers and timely events; consistently published nationally and worldwide in high profile outlets.
Alex manages the company Instinct Films based in Orlando, Florida.
Tim Baker - Videographer/Producer
Tim started his career in 1989 as a news photojournalist while still a college student and actually landed his second job as a commercial/industrial videographer during a mock interview that was required by his college for graduation. He continued working in the broadcast television world as a commercial producer, director, and editor until 1998 when he started his own, freelance video production company and he has never looked back.
Since then he has progressed to an award-winning creative by producing commercials, marketing, branding and training videos, video news releases, info-mercials, product and promotional videos and much more.
Along with high-end, video productions Tim also works in the niche of corporate audio-visual events as technician and camera producer for large corporate clients like Kohl’s Department Stores and Alcon Eye Care to make sure their corporate events have the video production value they desire. Tim also edits and operates PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, controls video playback, directs cameras, and switches main screen content.
Kim Heddlesten - Lead Designer
Kim Heddlesten graduated from Ringling College of Art & Design with a degree in Graphic & Interactive Communication and is a professional User Interface Designer. She has worked in the advertising and video game industy for over 10 years.
Kim’s work has been featured in the "Off With Their Head; Alice in Wonderland show" in Miami and Orlando, the"Adobe Design Achievement Awards” in California, several Hourglass Brewery art shows in Longwood. Further accolades include:
